I have now purchased two homes with Karri as our realtor and she helped us sell the first home we purchased with her. She is wonderful and goes above and beyond any expectations. She always put our needs and wants before anyone else and helped us choose our first home - which definitely can be scary as first time buyers. She helped us to see the true value in homes and not just how cute they looked (testing the water, making sure we really enjoyed the location, how far each home was from stores, schools, family etc). There's a lot that goes into buying a home and she made sure to touch on every subject so that we didn't get into something we eventually didn't like.

Karri worked expeditiously to find a qualified buyer for a lot of raw land I sold. She worked with me to find an optimal title agency and the transaction was painless and smooth.
